Beginning of a 3 night performance of Michael in Motion by Choreographer Cecly Placenti and dancers Wyn Ferrari, Arden Goll, Kristen Klein, Peter Mills, Cecly Placenti, Rachel Russell and Alexis Silver. Each piece of the performance was dedicated to a painting by artist Michael Placenti, Cecly's father.

Thanksgiving in LA

I had a chance to scoot home for the holiday, trekking 3000 miles from Brooklyn to Los Angeles. Just as I suspected, LA saw a windy and chilly Thanksgiving weekend, making way for fabulous fall foliage and amazing skies. From the San Fernando Valley to Silverlake, Hollywood and the westside, I took in as much sunshine as I could before heading east back to winter. Here's what I caught with my phone's camera.

summer 2010 in the Poconos

I had the great luck to head out to the Poconos at the end of the summer, with some of the greatest guys I know. What ensued was hours upon hours of fun, food and frisbee, among other things. Thanks to the amazing-Jae, we were all able to lock in a few days of much needed R&R at Lake Arrowhead. Enjoy some of the highlights here:

One of the better birthday weekends I've had, I spent the day with my girlfriends down by south street seaport

No smoking on the pier!

We got on a water taxi tour and became one of the tourists, appreciating the glorious views of nyc from the water.

and all in the capable hands of a seasoned captain

and finally we made a stop at the one and only Lady Liberty!

Our tour guide insisted on taking our photo

nothing like a perfect spring day and good friends to share it with to make a day memorable.

The Villa Bellagio, Las Vegas

Our own private jacuzzi and pool. And by private I mean the entire hotel could see from above since the villa's only on the 3rd floor.
